My 2 kids are autistic. They never sleep. Ever. Once I hit 3 weeks on no sleep, while they partied and danced until the sun came up I broke down and bought this. I chose this brand as Ive used other products they offer. I follow the directions and much to my amazement they take it with little problem. (Both have sensory issues with food/drinks & refuse a lot of things.) This just calms them down to the point that they fall asleep with little issue. The taste isnt that great per my oldest but he still willingly will take it. It's not fool proof and we still have long nights here & there but this stuff is a must have for parents with kids who are hard to keep on a sleep schedule. Its so delightful to finally sleep for more than 2 hours a few nights a week.

This has been a sanity saver in our house with my ADHD child. It is the only way to force his "off switch" and rest. We have tried all of the sleep consultants and trainings but this is the only thing that works. It had been part of our bedtime routine for several years. He falls asleep within 30 minutes most nights even with a lower dose. He isn't tired or sluggish in the morning. Our doctors all support adding this tool to help all of us get much needed rest.

Love this stuff! I give it to my autistic son who is hyperactive and struggles to sleep on time. The dose he is supposed to take is 5ml according to the bottle, but I started him off with 1ml 60-90 mins before bed and it still worked really well. A year later, I had to up it to 2 and 2.5ml but still glad that smaller dosages work. Makes it last a lot longer and I always try to be minimal when using supplements and medications.

I’ve been using this product for years. My children like the taste, but I like the fact that I can really dial in the dosage.

Ordered this for a recent cross country plane ride of 5 hours and a hyper active 2 year old. Used a half dose about 30 minutes after boarding the plane and she gently calmed and finally fell asleep for 2 hours giving myself and fellow passengers some quiet time. No sluggishness when she work up so absolutely something that I will use again when called for.
