Do these hats have the Velcro on the back of the hat too?

Yes the hat does have velcro on it as well.

Is it fitted? Or is it a Velcro enclosure in the back?

It isn't fitted, the cap comes with a subdued flag and the top has Velcro for glint tape, and the back has Velcro for a nametape.

Is the Multicam print accurate, because the picture shown does not look like uniform specs.

My mistake inthe previous answer. I was looking at the Kryptex pattern....the one I bought most recently. The multi campattern is accurate.

Any way to know which version I will get? Some pics of the multicam have condor stamped on the front and others do not.

Not sure about the Multicam version, sir. I just ordered the A-TACS Foliage Green version, and the condor logo WAS etched out in the Velcro on the front on mine. Doesn't affect the strength to hold a patch, that's for sure..
