Ends repetitive thinking
My husband and I have been taking this for years. It does nothing to alter your mood, what it does is simply quiet your mind to a normal level. The annoying repetitive circular thoughts are diminished so you can either sleep or problem solve or just relax. The only side effects are a tingling in your skin similar to niacinamide if you do not take it with food. The great thing about it is it does not make you sleepy or groggy so you can take it any time of day or night but because it quiets your mind you are able to fall asleep and stay asleep without side effects. If we are under a lot of stress and wake up in the middle of the night, we take a couple of these and get back to sleep. We each take two with breakfast and two at night. If need be, you can take up to 6 a day I think. Double check this. We definitely recommend this product.
