After doing my research I started taking one formula 200 & one formula 104 twice daily. About a month later at a dentist appointment the assistant asked if my BP was normally like this. Assuming my BP had not been affected yet I told her it was usually a little high ever though I was one BP meds. She told me my BP was actually low, 104/56. I told her about my aged garlic research and recently beginning this new test. That was also the last day I took BY med. I now have better BP than I’ve had than when I was on meds to control my BP. The product is good as nd came in a timely fashion. The only problem I had is that I was trying to select a lesser size and it kept auto selecting the bigger size. This was not appreciated.
