Great Linux PC hardwired mic
Good audio pickup. Precisely what I was looking for, a hardwired low-cost PC mic that works with no hassle on Linux PCs.

Great quality! Easy to use! Improves sound quality dramatically
While searching for a job, I have done quite a number of video interviews. Using the internal microphone in my lap top resulted in an audio with poor quality, and gave a bad impression about how much I cared about connecting with a potential employer. This clip on microphone gives me better than phone quality sound, without compromising on background noise, or other sounds. It is easy to use . No software to install for my Dell Windows 10 laptop. Comfortable to wear. I would definitely buy this again!

Nice Mic for Budget Webcam Work
Needed a lavalier mic in a hurry for a webcam video. With the windsock, the mic's about the size of the tip of an adult male index finger. Cord is generously long, USB was plug-and-play, though if you have multiple audio input sources or devices on your computer you'll likely have to specify the input when you use the mic. It could use a bit more high-end response and pickup range but that's what the more expensive mics are for. This one is a terrific value for the money. If you do a lot of webcam work on a budget, this mic will give you sufficiently pro sound and appearance.

Works well and conveniently long mic cable
I use this with my BirdNET-Pi to listen for birds in the area. The cable is very long which is convenient for placing the mic wherever I like. BirdNET-Pi is a Raspberry Pi 4b running the birdnet pi software which listens for, analyzes, and reports bird activity by species.

Great Microphone for IP Camera sound!
My Foscam R4 IP cameras are mounted outside (on porch) and had trouble picking up sounds. Several posters had commented how this microphone picked up a lot of background sounds and that was exactly what I needed.I use the BlueIris program to manage my cameras and it can take audio from the computer (DirectShowDevices ie this mic) for the camera(s). This Mic plugs into the USB on my Computer and is recognized by Windows and the BlueIris Camera Management Program with no problem. Then from within the BlueIris program I select the 'DirectShow' external microphone for each or all cameras. Now my motion activated clips have the sound from the very sensitive microphone. I clipped it next to the camera. I may get another Mic for the back porch camera. Very happy with this purchase and liked the extra length of cable.

Horrible sound quality
The sound quality on this mic is awful! Voice recordings created on an HP laptop have so much distortion that speech is almost unrecognizable, and this makes the mic unusable. I'm throwing the stupid thing away.

Sound quality issues
It had so many great reviews I didn't foresee any issues however the sound quality was not good at all. During testing it was not clear and sounded worse than my normal laptop speakers. Returned

Very strong Signal in Usb Lavalier
I compared three popular lavalier mics available from Amazon - this Move, Maono, and a DeWise. The DeWise has a 1/8" plug so I used a Dukabel USB adapter. I do a podcast (two people with lavalier mics) and find that that lavaliers are a good choice for people like me who tend to move their head from side to side. My computer is a MacBook Pro. The Movo had a very strong signal - very strong. It will cause issues for many people. I had to turn down my input on the Midi and System Prefs to .143! The signal was a little muffled. Not a terrible signal, but a little lacking. The Maono seemed to have an easier to control signal. I set the input to between .6 and .7 depending on the person. It was plenty strong enough for any application. The signal was fairly balanced and clear. The DeWise seemed to work well with a similar setting to the Maono (.6 - .7). The signal is fairly clear and has a reasonable sound quality. It has a bit more on the treble end of the frequency curve. That may work for you if needed. Another word on the DeWise - since it is a 1/8" plug be very careful if you plan to use it with a mixer. They left out a very important explanation. When using that kind of condenser mic, you will need phantom power. But (and that's a big But), you will need a transforming XLR adapter (Rode has a good one) that steps down the voltage to about 4 or 5 volts. If not, you may likely fry the mic. I preferred the sound quality and ease of use of the Maono over the other two. But currently, we are using both the Maono and DeWise together and they work well as an Aggregate mic set up. The Movo is a back-up at best, and we might return it.
