Bought it a couple years back when I was remodeling the front half of my house. (Kitchen, family room) and have used it a few times since because it has held up and works so well. If I had to come up with a complaint, I would ask the manufacturer to use a stronger spring for the prying part. It's easy to accidentally have the backing plate and prongs separated when holding it against the wall, even if only a little, and then you damage the top of the trim. After I made that mistake though I knew to be more mindful of keeping the tool flush to the wall. So my only complaints ultimately are those of user error lol. Awesome tool.
