My current As2000xt is running at 80+ decibels** A: This shower is a lot quieter than our previous Triton, noticeably quieter. I've just checked using a sound meter and with the power at 80% it read 64bd on the shower cubicle and 58db outside with the shower door closed. The shower cubicle is not floor to ceiling (as many aren't). At 50% power it read 56bd in the cubicle and 50db outside with the door closed. Would be a little higher at max power but we tend to run it around 75% which is plenty.
