It is nice to have them organized in one spot.ASSEMBLY: My husband put together in about 10 minutes. No problems.STURDINESS: We leave this in one place and it is simple to remove the weights and place them back in the holders. it remains perfectly still (no wobbling) and the weight settle down quietly into the place holders.FUNCTIONALITY: There is ample space in between each of the four place holders for lighter weights. But if you are placing weights heavier than 15 lbs I can see how it might be too tight of a space. We have 15lb on the bottom with lighter ones on top and it works perfectly.
