I use this after every shampoo. I make a cocktail of a small amount of this gel with a smaller amount of Living Proof's TBD. The Pantene gives my hair volume and bounce and the TBD gives it some softness. It does a great job. I hope I can continue to find it here on Amazon. I only see mousse in the stores and mousse seems to dry my hair out. Only downside was one of the three tubes had a cut in it and the gel oozed out the size. But I filled a couple of empty travel sized squeeze bottles in order to use it. Lost a bit of the product but these things happen.
