It is hard to put on yourself; my husband has had to help me every time. If you have larger breasts like me (DDD), it can still dig into your neck, and my straps are thick on my bras, so they're a little bit harder to get into the clip. Other than that, I have no complaints.I don't use them to increase cleavage.
