Bought on the advice of my physio for helping to overcome balance issues. Strong, well made. I use when sitting in a upright chair to help strengthen my core and also for strengthing legs by standing on and finding balance, one leg at a time

The first one we bought would not blow up so we had to wait 2 weeks for another. Anyway, this one is perfect. Good for balance training

Great value cushion that does what I needed. Not the most comfortable for sitting on for long periods if fully inflated.

Yeah, they're good - to be honest, I don't really know how to use them in terms of how much to blow them up to make it harder or easier to use, so I chose to the former and blow them up so they're quite big. They keep the pressure and I haven't had to pump them up to keep them up or anything. I'm reasonably heavy, and they can withstand me standing on them and doing some squats. Would recommend.

Needed an aero step type device... saw this, bought it, it's great. The only difference with the aero step is the shape. Comes with a sturdy little pump.... adjust the air pressure to alter the balance feel. Theses balance devices are a simple idea.... this product comes with the simple price. Buy one, they're all you need.

I use this in my dog training classes and it's survived plenty of big dog paws and claws.

Ich habe mir das Balancekissen damals im Zuge einer Reha für Übungen und zum Sitzen auf dem Boden gekauft. Da man ja nie weiß, wie lange man die guten Vorsätze mit den Übungen wirklich durchzieht :-) sollte es erstmal etwas Günstigeres sein und kein teures Markenprodukt. Ich habe über lange Zeit viele Übungen für mein ISG mit dem Kissen gemacht. Da ich außerdem nicht lange auf einem Stuhl sitzen konnte, habe ich oft auf dem Boden gesessen und das Kissen als Polsterung genutzt. Mittlerweile sitze ich tatsächlich regelmäßig mit dem Kissen auf dem Boden, weil es mein ISG schön mobil hält und sich für mich wirklich bewährt hat. Besonders gut finde ich die zwei unterschiedlichen Seiten. Die glatte Seite nutze ich gerne zum Sitzen und die Noppenseite für Übungen. (Dadurch hat man barfuß einen sehr guten Halt) Wir mussten in der ganzen Zeit das Kissen kein einziges Mal nachpumpen und das mittlerweile seit etwa 1 1/2 Jahren nicht. Aktuell nutzt sogar mein Mann das Kissen für seine Übungen nach einem Bänderriss. 😊Auch da erfüllt es seinen Zweck. Für den Preis wirklich eine tolle Anschaffung und deshalb absolut eine positive Rezension wert!

I've only this out as a butt seat, because I develop butt, leg, and back pain if I sit for long periods of time which I need to do unfortunately. I think this is supposed to help with the core? I'm not sure. I don't have the agonizing pain I normally get from sitting for long periods of time, but because there is more pressure applied to my butt, there is some numbing going on? Maybe this is something I have to acclimate to, or maybe I'm not supposed to sit on it for hours. Either way, it has held up for the whole day with my 180 lbs sitting on it and it hasn't deflated, so for me that works. I also don't have lower back pain today, so maybe this helped, it's hard to say. Also, I got this from Amazon Warehouse and it was already partially inflated...so um thanks whoever sent it back to Amazon! Most of the work was done for me.
