I think that this because the body likes all the nurtients that it makes available. I have also introduced this to many friends who have also purchased it or borrowed it from me. I also now carry it in a small plastic bottle so that I can add it to food wherever I go. Makes Wendy's jr. Bacon cheeseburgers taste fantastic ... and made the mixed veggies in a high end restaurant taste so much better than without. I even add it to my scrambed eggs, chix and egg salads. And when I add it to a salad bowl filled with salad, I end of eating the whole thing with gusto as a meal. I use about a tsp when cooking with it and a few shakes when adding it to a single portion (about 1/4 tsp) ... so I probably ingest about 2 tsp daily.I have been using this for 4 weeks and noticed there are some foods I no longer crave - especially desserts. I still enjoy them, but maybe once a week. As for chocolate, I lost the craving for that when I started using magneisum topical skin spray ... in research I found that chocolate has high levels of magnesium and that is why many people want to eat lots of it.It has also changed my appetite ... I get hungry rarely and do not snack. My meals are sometimes small and sometimes large ... and sometimes I don't feel like eating.
