Does this have a growth regulator in it

That is what the product is, an insect growth regulator. Acutully it has two different types of growth regulators in it. I own a pest control company and I use it for german cockroaches a lot.

It works outside? for the lawn?

Yes it works excellent outside for most bugs and pests it is a growth regulator often used with other pesticides as an enhancement. I have used it for 6 years and live next to swampy land.

How many gallons does the bottle make when treating fleas?

You’ll want to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines, but from my experience, it was 1oz of IGR to one gallon of water. At that ratio, this bottle would produce 16 gallons.

Why is this taking over 4 weeks for delivery, and you say 2 day delivery? Plus you raised the price more than $4 dollars?
