These are fantastic headsets. They should be $200 each with the charging stand. I have no idea how these are such a great deal here, but I'm grabbing a few more for my employees. Came brand new with the protective film still in place- very happy with the purchase.

Love the design and overall feel of it. The buttons are very convenient too. I really like it a lot and wish I could use it regularly...but I can't. It works well with Teams and has good sound quality. But it seems that is the only time it has such good sound quality. I make like 50+ phones call daily for my job, and this headset just isn't loud enough for me to hear the other party as clearly as I would prefer.

Worked as expected. Start- up instructions are ok but could be better. USB-C ports not available on older PC's so adaptors need to be purchased separately. Those adapters are inexpensive.

So far it's good. Only thing is doesn't mention it has a USB C port. Now I have to order a USB C port to attach to my laptop because when I have to charge my laptop I would have to disconnect the headset and use a plug in one which I don't have.

First, the product was received three days prior to the promise date - thank you for that. Second, setup was a breeze with the included dongle. Clarity is superb! The charging cradle is rather large and bulky. Granted, I may not need to charge everynight, but its a great way to keep the unit close by. I wish that either they duplicated the dongle into the charging cradle or just made the cradle as the dongle. I understand the portability of the small dongle, but now I need to use TWO usb-c ports for this ONE piece of equipment. Therefore I had to purchase a USB splitter. I use Teams quite a bit now and this was easy to set up for use - plug and play!

Poly Plantronics Headset (One-ear set). Quality is excellent. One-ear headset volume is set for a two-ear headset (not loud enough). Mic is great. Connectivity is great. Requires an adapter for USB to USB-C if you're computer doesn't have USB-C connection.

Original. Knock-offs from China are common on Amazon.

Je l’ai essayé une fois et j’ai dû demandé un remboursement car la connexion coupait toujours. Je ne pouvais même pas me rendre à la salle de bain juste à côté de mon bureau! Il ne m’ont même pas remboursé la moitié du montant que j’ai payé. Je recommande pas dutout, mauvais service.

Bluetooth interface with laptop does not work. There is a lag between when you speak and when others pick your comments up. Also, extremely poor sound quality for people on the other end. Works only slightly better when wired to the computer. I could have paid 1/3 and just got an analog device hooked up to my computer. Works better with the phone but that's not what I intended when I bought this device...
