Bragg's has to be the "best" in apple cider vinegar, especially the flavour. I started using it for "health" reasons and over the years have come to use it for so many food dishes. What made THIS particular experience "exceptional" was that I'd order 2 bottles because it's been out of stock for months, locally (thank you Amazon for carrying it) and one bottle top had come lose & some product leaked into the packaging. Amazon came through with 10 stars with replacement help. So, super-quality product with super-quality support. WIN-WIN!

We have been using Bragg ACV for YEARS after a good friend told me about it & LOVE it!! It gives a lot of energy & helps keep us healthy. I take 3 TBSP of ACV w/ 3 TBSP of black strap molasses in a glass of water in the AM & 3 TBSP of just ACV before bed. I am a mom of a large fanmily, so if I happen to forget the BSM in the AM, I can take it before ned without any worries it will keep me awake as I am T-I-R-E-D at bedtime, & there is no amount of BSM that will keep me awake at that point! lol The kids on the other hand, I am NOT willing to risk giving them a possible energy boost before bed, so they get the BSM during the day only. The BSM is for a natural, food based source of iron, magnesium, & other minerals, plus it helps keep things regular, if you know what I mean. You don't have to take the ACV with it though if you prefer not to. My kids from toddlers to teens take 1 tsp of ACV to 1 TBSP of ACV in the AM & a matching dose of BSM (younger kiddos take less because they don't like the taste as much when there is more of it in their glasses & I try not to give extra water because then thet dawdle so much that they won't even drink it all & forget about drinking the rest of it). The older kiddos can tell when they have missed their morning dose by the afternoon & they will take their 1TBSP of ACV & BSM in the afternoon (2:00pm-3:00pm) if they are feeling tired & it helps pep them up, or even if they took it in the AM & feel they need an additional boost they will take it again. The older kiddos also take JUST ACV an hour or so before bed so that they can brush their teeth an hour later without having a negative impact on their tooth enamel. The best advice for drinking the ACV whether w/BSM or without, is A) DILUTE it for sure.. NEVER drink it straight & B) Pour it into your glass & drink it up QUICKLY for 2 reasons; 1, so that you're not sipping on it over a longer period of time constantly exposing your tooth enamel to it & 2, the longer it sits, the STRONGER it tastes, so I drink it all QUICKLY!! I add about 6-8 oz of water to my glass, add the ACV & BSM, & then swig it within a minute or two. Then I rinse my teeth with water & go about my day. EVERY SINGLE TIME we take this, we ALWAYS swish some plain water in our mouths after to rinse our teeth so we don't have any issues with our tooth enamel and/or cavities. I WOULD purchase this again & do purchase it REGULARLY!!

I bought Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar cuz i wanted something to help me lose weight natually and help with my digestion cuz i have acid reflux & get constipated sometimes. It works great at depressing yur appetite, burning fat in yur body especially on yur stomach, legs, & thighs. It also helps with digestion, blood sugar levels, & arthritis. However it did all these things for me but a major side effect came with it. My first week i took 2 tablespoons in 6-8oz of distilled water once in the morning before breakfast and 1- 2 hours before bed. Boy, why did i do that. I guess that was way to much i broke out with 10 really red, extremely itchy bumps in different area of my body. They looked & responded like bites. And Boy were they itchy. I had to wash up with Aveeno Oatmeal Soap, take Benadryl 2-3 times a day, pain relievers , rub hydrocortisone cream, Vicks vapor rub multiple times a day to try and soothe inflammation & irritation. It was extremely horrible. So i looked online to see if anyone blogged having this issue with ACV and surely alot of people did have these issues after taking ACV. So i stopped taking ACV for a week thinking i might of taken to much causing my body to detox to fast. So after that week i started again this time i took 2 teaspoons in 6-8oz. purified water 1-2hrs before bed. After a week i broke out with a horrible rash on my breast, stomach, upper arms & thighs, & back. So now i've stopped taking it period. I'm not going to take it again. I hate that it has side effects cuz it really helped with all those things i listed above. I guess i'm back to the drawing board.

This apple cider vinegar is very good and good quality. It tastes natural and fresh, and I like that it is organic. I use it for drinking with water and also for cooking and salads. The bottle is a good size and lasts a long time. I am happy with this product and will buy it again. I recommend it to anyone who wants a good apple cider vinegar.
