I like the convenience of the dental pads with the formula in them but I am not sure if they are really doing anything. I use MaxiGuard gel and I like that a lot. It is a bit hard to get into his back teeth with the pads, even when folded, so I don't feel they have an advantage over the gel with a gauze or a Q-tip. Probably would work better on a pet that you can open their mouth wide and get in or on basic gingivitis.
