What awg is the wires?

The wires are 22 AWG. I cut the ends and crimped on 0.187" female molex for connecting to arcade switches. Just make sure the new ends are close to 22 AWG.

great cables, but would've loved a card of cable paths

These things are wonderful, connecting perfectly to my Sanwa buttons and Joystick, but it loses a star due to not coming packaged with a Cable Diagram card to help you see where each cable is meant to go (there's a diagram on the Amazon page that I had to use to help follow the colour codes to each button). Outside that mishap that would've been nice QOL: it's a fairly sweet set of cables.
