Restore Strong Back Stability Ball Kit

I trust Gaiam products as far as the company's commitment to excellence in the health and fitness industry! This product only confirmed my trust in them. I love this stability ball: no sickening smell, perfect size and shape, and strong enough to maintain around toddlers and puppies if the occasion presents itself. Additionally, I love the color, it is very motivating and life-affirming.; an excellent choice to motivate healthy habits. I use mine for working out--it really feels good on my back to stretch on it. Additionally, bouncing on it in a sitting position is fun to get your energy up and focused. Finally, I use mine as a chair as it encourages a more ergonomic seating posture, thus allowing more comfort and better circulation.

I deflate this to put it away. I have two. What a great way to test your balance.

Sturdy, stable and attractive. The only thing is that it takes strength to pump it up. Thankfully, my hubby did the hard work for me! I love it!

The place I get my therapy sessions uses a Theraband pro 65cm ball. So I wanted the same thing to use at home. I wasn't able to order that particular one online, at least not the pro version in that size. So I went with this one instead. It definitely seems less "substantial" . . . but it was cheap enough, so I can't complain too much. I've only had it a short time, so I can't say how well it will hold up.

Great size for me 5'7. Still working months later! Using it at least a few times a week and hasn't deflated.

I've had Gaiam exercise balls in the past. My office chair is a Gaiam ball. This ball, although durable like the others, is nowhere near the same size. Seems a bit less quality too, and the air pump is much worse. The other pump that came with the last ball is of much higher quality, glad I kept it. I'm really disappointed, guess Gaiam isn't what it used to be. Returning this tomorrow.

This is a great ball. I like that the plastic is not super slick and doesn't get staticy. Be aware that this ball feels a bit small to me to use as a chair at a normal sized table and I am only 5'4" you really need a bigger sized ball if you want to use it as a desk chair.

Material de buena calidad, mi pelota esta como nueva después de un buen uso. La Compre cuando estaba embarazada y me ayudaba al dolor de espalda, ahora la uso también para ejercitar a mi bebé :)

El plástico es buena calidad no es muy delgado ni resbaloso. Buen tamaño y me llego con lo que menciona el paquete. A comparación de lo que cuestan las mayorías de pelotas de esa clase , me parece muy buena oferta
