I bought three. Especially, I am so happy with the customer services. Within a week, I got a malfunctioning one replaced with a new one, and then, two weeks later, one of them didn’t work suddenly. So, I contacted the customer service, and they emailed me with detailed instructions of care. In the beginning, I was frustrated with it, but I followed the instructions, and it worked well. Now, I know I have to clean it once a week with alcohol. Then, it works fine. I love it!!! ### ⭐⭐ Quite a disappointment but pretty. Don’t waste your money, IMO ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome customer service *by O***. on Reviewed in the United States on September 13, 2019* So first thing I can say is the customer service is really wonderful I had issues with my nebulizer a few weeks in I was very disappointed since it was so expensive but they stayed in contact with me and helped me to trouble shoot what could be wrong and in the process I broke the glass top and they replaced it for free which was awesome since I broke it but they didn’t hesitate to order me a replacement after that the nebulizer still didn’t work so they had me send the base back and sent a replacement for it it works great again not sure if it was me or a manufacturer defect but they didn’t hesitate to fix the issue.
