Got this set to be able to practice NP skills. The value for the money is great! The equipment is easy to use and is good quality. Great appearance and compatible interchangeable pieces. Great for an accurate exam!

It was a gift for my daughter and she was very satisfied.

I received the product, timely, and as advertise. The scope looked and felt great. However, after four uses, it was no longer functional. The seller did contact me and replaced the product free of charge. Was satisfied with their customer service and very thankful for replacing the product after the Amazon return date. New scope is working fine.

Look for a better quality set if you are using this for clinicals or to see actual patients. The fittings are loose and the heads of the otoscope and ophthalmoscope will fall off. The ophthalmoscope light is way too bright so patients will complain. You also can't accurately adjust to decrease blurriness so finishing and acquiring an accurate exam are almost impossible. To top it off, it's nonreturnable once opened. This was a waste of money.

I bought a scope, being a nursing student, and the scope and case is perfect. It also has extra add-ons that I don’t think i need. But i had a problem with my scope, and their customer service contacted me and took care of the issue. I would buy from them in “the blink of an eye exam!”. I am a satisfied customer.
