ToLuLu 1080P Webcam with Microphone, HD Webcam Web Camera with Tripod Stand

I do a lot of webinars and conference calls by video these days. (covid) We are all in that situation, I am sure. I needed something fast, inexpensive, and reliable. The little tripod is a great addition, but make sure you understand your dimensions, and what you need, or you might want to add a larger tripod. I didn't have to download any software, or do any installation. Just plugged it in, signed into my webinar teams and it was good to go. The graphic quality is very good. Very clear. Too clear, maybe, lol. With the world being on video conference these days, one worries about privacy and security. (how much people can see) I was able to find a "filter" software package that has a free trial - that blurs your background, or puts a photo or logo of your business. Camera works just fine with that software, as well. It shipped very quickly, even on the slowest shipping option. My only bump was that I bought it on rapid buy, because my original seller ran out of stock. When I checked my debit card, I had been charged full price. It still was within my pricing budget, but it was very disappointing to select an offer, and not have it honored. I got exactly what I paid for, and I am happy with it, and it will get a lot of good use! Happy ending :)

This little camera is awesome! So easy, just plug it in and you’re ready to go. No setting up a bunch of nonsense, and it has some insane quality vs cameras that are way more expensive! you would’ve thought this camera costed more but it’s on $20! you can’t beat that.

This product is all about what you're looking for in a webcam. If already have a quality microphone you like to use for things like streaming or web conferences and just need an amazing image to match, this webcam is the ticket. If you are looking for an all in one solution to reduce desk clutter and too many wires then you need to look elsewhere. The image on this cam is top notch and really wide, which I love. I also love the included cam cover for extra peace of mind. I thought I found the whole package, and then I tried to voice chat in game and everyone told me to stop. I was told I sounded like a barely audible distorted robot man. Recorded myself with OBS and, yeah, that was pretty accurate. No amount of messing with settings or gain fixed the distorted sound. I gave up on the built in mic, but loved the camera image enough that I just bought this mic for cheap: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZNHVWZT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Not the best quality audio either, but far superior and it fits nicely below my monitor with the webcam on top. Combo the two together and I still have a great deal compared to other webcams. So depending on what you want, this camera can be amazing.

I've had this camera a few months. The install went pretty well. I had to reboot a few times to pick the camera up, but once it was recognized, that has worked well. The camera does not clamp securely onto my external monitor. I fixed that problem by getting a separate flexible arm that clamps onto my desk and holds the camara. I love the physical lens cover so I can easily control when the camera is capturing an image. The picture quality is great. I love having an external camera instead of relying on the one on my laptop so my laptop can stay connected to the docking station and I don't have to try to get it moved over to the center of my desk every time I have a videoconference. Unfortnately there there are two remaining problems that are making me now decide to look for another camera: 1. Echos: When using this camera, is it causes an echo on videoconferencing that others can hear. I cannot hear it. It is so annoying to others that immediately people start talking about it and asking if the call can be done using some other audio. It definitely happens on Microsoft Teams calls as others have said in the Questions section for this product on Amazon. I can't remember if it happened on Webex videocalls also. Others have said switching the audio source solves that problem. 2. Wide View: This may be standard on these cameras. I'll find out when I shop for a new one, but the view is much wider than my native laptop camera. I can't find any way on the camera to "crop" it so that it shows only the person during videoconference and not a lot of what is to the right and left of the person. I solved that problem by installing OBS Studio and the OBS virtual camera. OBS allows me to crop the picture and then uses that video as the "camera" in Microsoft Teams. That works very well to get a good cropped video, however, the image quality went way down and it freezes up sometimes, so it is not a great solution because I end up not having smooth starts to videoconferences with all the troubleshooting I have to do to get OBS, the webcam, and the conferecing software to all work together. I hope I can find a camera that works seemlessly so that the now much more frequent videoconferences, thanks to the pandemic, will go more smoothly.

Good camera for the price nice quality picture with good colors

Not reliable and a piece of crap. I bought one, and it stopped working after a few months. Thought I got a bad one, so I bought another, and the same thing. VERY inconvenient and unprofessional to be left hanging in the middle of meetings. I guess you get what you paid for. Never again..

I got this after returning the logitech C270 for covering part of my monitor and simply feeling too flimsy and unstable. This camera mounts so well on the top of my relatively thin bezel monitor without blocking anything. The mount feels so rigid and it's a really well built webcam. Image quality is amazing too! 1080p but it has a bit of a wide angle lens which introduces fisheye distortion. It covers a lot around you with that viewing angle, which is something I don't quite like but I bought it knowing it has a wide field of view. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and it's amazing that this generic Chinese webcam beats logitech in terms of both image quality and material.
