I’ve struggled with severe teeth grinding for over 30 years and even have to wear a guard during the daytime. After trying different options over the years, the HONEYBULL Anti Grinding Guard Set for Heavy Grinding has been a game changer for me. The heavy-duty guard is surprisingly comfortable to wear. The rounded end edges fit perfectly in my mouth and don’t cause irritation like some other guards I’ve tried. It was also very easy to mold — the instructions were simple, and I got a secure fit on the first attempt. Considering I’m a VERY heavy grinder, I’m impressed that each guard lasts about two months for me. That’s excellent durability given how intense my grinding is. It’s also very affordable and has saved me a lot of money compared to constantly going back to my dentist for replacements. The material feels high quality, sturdy yet comfortable, and there’s absolutely no unpleasant smell. If you’re dealing with serious grinding like I am, this is definitely worth trying. Excellent value, great comfort, and reliable protection.

These Honeybull Anti Grinding night guards work great. I am a grinder and allergic to the night guards that are custom made from the dentist. I’m a heavy grinder, so I go through these. They mold well to your mouth and I don’t gag on them like other brands I have tried. They are a great value too.

These work fairly well to keep my teeth from damage while sleeping. The biggest downside is that they split lengthwise, sometimes after only one or two nights. Having said that, they are still a good value for the money. The night guard that I broke from the dentist cost $350. These are a much better alternative. I wish they would stop putting a case in every package. You only need one really to start. It's a waste. They should make a package of just mouth guards.

I have been wearing mouth guards at night for 8 years for my teeth grinding. I have always ordered ones from Amazon because they’re cheaper and work well, so I am very aware of how to mold them properly. The brand I bought prior was out of stock, so I bought these instead. Every. Single. One. Ripped after the first or second night. I thought the thick ones would be best so they’d last longer. In reality, they are just uncomfortable, are harder to mold, and can’t take more than 16 hours of use.

I have tried other mouth guards on Amazon and have found them to be just fine. However, when I randomly came across these on my feed, I noticed they were all ONE SIZE which appeared to be larger sized, which after buying ended up being the case - heck yeah! I have a larger mouth, so I have decided to switch permanently to these mouth guards as I find the fit for both top and bottom to be excellent, along with the thickness of the guard making it feel way more secure in my mouth. I rarely use my bottom, but I always wear my top to prevent clinching and grinding. I’ve included a pic of what my top guard looks like after having worn it every day, all day except for when I would eat, for 60 days. You’ll note that I’ve started to chew through on the back of my teeth, so I would venture to say that if you are a nightly wearer, you’ll have enough guards to likely last you a lifetime. If you are like me and need a daily, durable guard, then I wholeheartedly recommend these as you’ll likely get 2-3 months of use before needing to switch out to a new one. I should note I clean my daily in the shower using my Sonicare toothbrush. Read the directions and follow them. The directions are simple to follow and help give a better fit. Don't use without molding them or they will be uncomfortable and likely cause discomfort. I have been using these for years since radiation damage during treatment of head and neck cancer. I only clench my teeth I do not grind them. It is important to mold this guard! When molding I use my thumbs to mold it to my back teeth. These are reusable for about 1 month each before they breakdown, then are discarded in the trash. I purchase the thick guards as the thin didn't last as long. When molded they suppress headaches, tooth pain, jaw pain and cracking of teeth. I have used other products that are more expensive, but these have been just as effective and are of comparable quality. I will continue to buy these annually. I reccomend purchasing this product.

These do not hold up to chronic teeth grinding and jaw clenching. They only lasted me about two nights each.
