Mosquito Dunks 6's - Biological Mosquito Control

So easy to use unwrap drop into water. The vector control guy came by and told me it’s the best way to handle mosquitoes next to moving to the Antarctic.

I got these to kill the fungus gnats I’ve been battling with off and on everytime I buy new plants! So far working great along with yellow sticky traps. However my own fault I thought I had to soak the soil with the water mixture and I over watered and killed ALL of my succulents so don’t be like me lol.

Easy to use, just open package and throw it in water! I crushed it up to sprinkle on the ground in small puddles, no residue or smell.

I broke it into quarter size pieces and dropped it into the chickens water tanks. They broke up into tiny pieces in the water. I still have those wiggly things in one tank. Not sure why. But it’s not working in it. The other tank has never had those things anyway. I’m not sure what they are or how they start.

I live in Austin, TX and despite it being a fairly dry place, the mosquitos on my quarter-acre lot are a problem. I have no standing water and a well-maintained yard, but they make life outside for me and my kids a total pain. I was skeptical of this product but for $8 figured I’d give it a try. One word: WOW. I bought a 10gal bucket and lid at Home Depot, drilled a few 1/2-inch holes in the lid, filled the bucket 3/4 full with hose water, threw in a few big handfuls of damp leaves/lawn clippings, and ONE Mosquito Dunk. The mosquitos are attracted to the water and decomposing vegetation. Two weeks later, virtually ZERO mosquitos. Mosquito Dunks are larvicide that kills the hatched mosquito larvae and prevents them from growing into adult mosquitos. This product absolutely works.

These don't work either for getting rid of fungus gnats in plants.
