I have a lot of knee sleeves. I've had 4 knee surgeries on one, but arthritis in both.I tried this one on both knees. The silicone strip does keep it in place for the most part but you may also have to adjust it. It was comfortable to wear all day and worked great for lifting weights. But it didn't work well for running.
