Cheerleading and Dance Knee Pads - Shock Absorbing Knee Protection

These knee pads are great! I have a dance routine that includes sliding on our knees and thought I would never survive it until I got these. No more bruises! They slide on easy and they are just a bit big even for a big boned think girl like myself, but they grip well and do not cut off my circulation. The padding wraps around more then half of my knee, and the pad does not move when I Move so my knees stay safe and painfree for the entire performance. Recommend this to a friend? As a figure skater, I was really looking for knee protection which was bendable, non-compression, and shock absorbing without limiting range of motion to wear during practice. I’ve been wearing this knee pad regularly over the past several weeks and have been very satisfied with the results. Several reviews said that this product tends to run small, so, although I am typically a small I ordered a medium and it fit great. This product has worked well for me because it is not terribly stiff and restrictive of movement while still being quite impact absorbent. The knee pad is a cushion instead of a hard plate and that is so much more conducive to speed, agility, and comfort. The final factor I appreciate is it’s low key style and look. When I put it on my coach didn’t even realize I was wearing it. It blends in nicely and doesn’t look or feel all bulky and awkward. So nice!

These are amazing at protecting my knees. They were recommended to me by another dancer and would highly recommend. They're a little snug but not uncomfortable once you're used to them.

If ever you have to spend time on your knees releatedly and yet you wear shorts and don't want overtly obvious red knees from the endeavors, knew pads are the way to go. If ever you're experimenting or learning how to tango with others, knee pads are the way to go. Great gift idea for your partner, knee pads shows that you care about their knees. Great for support on your knees, can help staying in place despite rigorous workouts. Thick, knee pads are a great fit for a trick.

Bought the first pair and they were great but a little small, so I got the next size up and it was much better. I’m 5’4” and about 145 lbs, better to size up for comfort. Great to dance in, good value for the price.

These work well for me - doing some renovation work where I'm kneeling a lot - so it's a slightly different use but these do indeed protect my knees. I couldn't find a size chart so took a chance on a large - I'm a 5'9" size medium-ish woman and these fit, a little loose but that's how I wanted them to be.

Everyone in my dance class is comparing about their NIKE knee pads and how dirty they get over time. These knee pads have never been a problem!! You do need to pull them up every now and again though.

The padding is great but they were bulkier than I was expecting. They also dig in a bit behind the knee.
