It's logical
I was very, very hesitant to buy these ears. I'm being a Vulcan for Halloween, so I needed ears. From all the reviews saying that these are too small, I was hesitant, but went ahead with it because of the low price. I am SO happy that I did. The measurements for these ears are: About 3.5 inches high About 1.5 inches wide The actual opening for your ear itself is about 2.5 inches high, but if you have bigger ears, there's still about an inch of wiggle room inside the Vulcan ear. These fit perfectly for me. For costume, I think I'd like to get spirit gum or liquid latex just to make them look more seamless, but they do not move and they do not fall off if just wearing them. Otherwise, they look realistic. My only complaint is that the right ear is slightly bigger than the left, but still, it's not a real problem. I am very, very pleased with this product. I recommend them to any Spock fan.

I think these are meant for those of us with smaller ears...
Even then, they were almost too big for me, and WAY too big for my roomie. They are awesome given the price, however. I've carefully cut them down, and just wear them as ear tips. They hold on well without any glue or latex even being cut smaller (although that is great if you want them to blend in better. The skin tone doesn't match me well at all, so when it really matters to have it all match, I carefully brush some clear latex over them so cosmetic powder will more easily cling. Overall, though, these are just for fun. I'm planning to purchase nice foam latex ear tips later for times when it really matters.) Being cut down helped with another thing: Friends with much larger ears have been able to wear them now, and are thinking of buying a pair so I can trim it down for them. ꞈ...ꞈ \\.//, - dif-tor heh smusma. |../ .\.\

Great Ears
I am planning on being spock for halloween so i got theese ears and they are great ears but the left one did not fit my ear so i had to cut it a little so it could fit. The right ear fit perfectly and they look real even without spirit gum so you dont need to waste your money on that.Other that the size issue theese ears are great and really put my whole costume together.

Really designed for youngsters
The ears do a decent job of recreating Spock's Vulcan ears but they really appear to be designed for a younger buyer. They did not come close to fitting properly and I had to trim some of the material in order to get them to hang on my ears. In all fairness, they were not uncomfortable and helped bring together my Spock costume but it would have been nice to have a choice of a larger size. On an unrelated note, I am somewhat confused as to why there was a picture of Capt. James T. Kirk on the package and no Spock.

Fits a larger ear
Better than other elf ears for a man. Hubby wanted to add Santa ears to his costume, but we couldn’t find any to fit his ears. Still don’t like the color, but we will use something to color them to be more realistic.

Small not for adults
Might fit a kid, too small for adults. Small amount of hardened material that one would want to smooth off before wearing.

"It is most illogical not to buy these, Captain."
These are great! I got them as a gift for a little Trekkie, and he loves them. 1.) Quality: They are what they are. They are made out of a kind rubber/latex. If you have ever tried on a horse head mask/headcovering, that is what it is made of. The color rubs off after a while, but it is expected. They are just for fun. 2.) Feel: They are rather uncomfortable and fit better on someone with rather small ears. For an adult that is large, it is uncomfortable, one may have to channel their internal Vulcan to ignore the pain. 3.) In use: They look neat! They don't really look like they do on Spock, but I did not use latex skin or any other products, or even planned to in the first place. They look good otherwise. 4.) Summary: A great part of a Spock costume that is great fun, at a reasonable price!

I have small ears and they were a little big on me but looked very real
These looked great. I have small ears naturally and they were a tiny bit big so I bought prosthetic glue and dabbed a few spots so they wouldn’t fall off. They were perfect for my Vulcan outfit . I recommend these ears. I think they would fit small to average ear lobes.
