What I like: After taking the first capsules I immediately noticed that I did not feel bloated after eating. Within 3 weeks I noticed that the rashes that have been bothering me for years diminishing about 50%, no more sinus (means no more allergy pills), no more brain fog and unexplainable depression, and I happily gain healthy weight. There is so much confusion about which vitamin, mineral, or supplement you should take. This vitamin takes out the guess work while providing a custom blend of nutrients needed. Didn’t feel any different

Seems like a good product, but has a smell. I have another high quality multi-type with almost the same ingredients that doesn't have the smell. Can't say I'd buy it again when I can get the other one local and I like it better. Since the dosage on each is 2, I take one of each.
