Wakame Cut Dried Seaweed 2.5 Ounce By Shirakiku

I got this Wakame Cut Dried Seaweed for my favorite chicken soup recipe. It is delicious and very easy to use. When my soup is still hot, I just add a small amount of the seaweed to the bowl, and it turns into a nice chicken soup with seaweed. It only takes about 1 to 2 minutes for it to rehydrate. I only use a small amount, maybe about a teaspoon for a small bowl of soup, and it expands nicely. Great product and very convenient to keep in the pantry.

This dried wakame (seaweed) is excellent! Just a small amount expands into a big portion once soaked into the water, so the 2.5 oz bag lasts a pretty long time. The flavor is fresh and perfect for the Japanese miso soup, salads, or adding to ramen. It’s cut into convenient bite-sized pieces, which makes it easy to use with no extra prep. I appreciate the quality, no sand, stems, or weird taste like with some cheaper brands. If you love Japanese cooking or want a (super) easy way to add sea vegetables to your meals, this is a great choice! Also, it’s very healthy!
