I of course read several reviews on this unit plus several others. What's clear about this unit is it is what it is there's nothing magical about it but it so far is very well made has a very nice look to the flame it's an easy remote easy to learn. I'm impressed with the value. The unit is the perfect size for the flame effect, the heat comes out nicely , and the installation is very straightforward.

This electric fireplace has been a great addition to our space. The flame effect looks very realistic and adds a lot of warmth and ambiance without the mess or maintenance of a traditional fireplace. We mainly use it in the evenings, and it instantly makes the room feel cozy and inviting. I also appreciate how easy it is to use — simple controls and no hassle. It puts off enough heat to take the chill off while still looking great even when the heat isn’t on. Overall, it’s a really nice combination of function and style, and I’m very happy with it.

Love love love!!! Super easy to install, warms up the room nicely and makes the room look so good. I like that’s its slim so when we had the built-in built it didn’t have to stick out too far. When we have the heater on we can barely hear any sound coming off of it. There are various color options and super functional. We love that it has a remote control and for the amount that we paid it’s been totally worth it. You definitely get a bang for your buck. It also made the holidays so much more special.

Great for what it is! We were hoping to install a gas unit, but at this point in our lives it wasn't financially possible. But we wanted to fill the space in our fireplace surround so we thought about going electric until we saved up for gas. For the low price, this is a great option! We have a large living room with high ceilings so the heat function doesn't really work much - we jokingly call it the hair-dryer! :o) The screen is big and the fire image doesn't fill as much as I thought it would, but it's still pretty cool looking. We like having the options of the logs and the crystals. We do the crystals in the summer and do while light and blue flames and I call it my air-conditioning-fire! :o) Then we do the more realistic flames and logs for the cooler/winter months. The flames are not very realistic, but if you're not expecting realism, it's pretty cool and modern. The installation and hook up were very easy! It takes a minute to learn how to use the remote - it's not very intuitive. But the instructions are helpful and once you know, you know. So it's not a big deal. I'm excited for the heat of a real gas insert someday, but this is a delightful middle step!

The Touchstone Smart Electric FP has been installed for three weeks. The ambiance is great. Changing the view is a little challenging for a senior citizen however the views/flames are very realistic. The unit is installed in an open family room kitchen area and it does take the chill out of the area. The heater fan is a little louder than I expected but it is a fan running! Overall I am satisfied. It is a 'pretty' upgraded look to a 35 year old fireplace space.

This unit is great. I installed in on a wall in my cabin as a surface mount, just to see how it would heat and how it looked. It is really nice. Better than expected and get production is excellent. Now that I like it I will build a false wall to recess it and provide a mantel. Plenty of room to put under a window. Unit is approx 21" high so measure and make allowances as instructed. Hanging it was super easy - Find the studs, install the bracket with the screws provided, and hang the unit. It went onto the bracket very easily, great design. We used the crystals and really like them. The 'logs' look too fake and really not needed when it is obviously a decorative heat unit. Wireless functionality is simple to set up. This unit has some of the best instructions I have ever seen.

Have used for a year with no issues. Looks great from the front, not as realistic of a flame from an angle, but that is expected. I like the heating to just raise the temperature of the sitting area a couple of degrees.

We have just installed this as part of a home renovation and it seems to be an excellent product. It arrived very quickly and looks very nice. It has clear instructions and was easy to direct wire it but also can be plugged in to a wall outlet. We haven't used the heat yet and didn't purchase it for that, just for the ambiance of a fireplace. The different flame colours and option of fake logs or crystals is nice. This company seems to have nailed the quality for a reasonable price idea.

Mi cliente quedó encantado por el artículo pues superó sus expectativas y claro su presupuesto. Lo malo es que es demasiado caro y tuve problemas con la aduana porque les informaron que el precio era menor del que realmente pague por la chimenea. Casi pierdo el artículo.

In todays easy access market place, there are lots of product options to choose from and a plethora of lower end price points.... But remember that the most important decision factor should NOT be the lowest price, it should be the quality of the company behind the product. The product itself is high quality with premium fit and finish and I'm very happy with it. The project came out awesome and the unit looks super sharp. The product was exactly as described. works and looks great. Bought the unit primarily for the look and ambiance effect love the various light settings and the heat works great as well though it's really not meant for heating large spaces and is not the most cost-effective when compared to a gas fireplace Having said that, our old gas fireplace was getting used maybe 20 times per year whereas with this unit, it's like 3 times a week, so much more usefull.
