I don't feel it whatsoever when I'm playing, which has not been the case with bigger, bulkier spring-based capos. And it operates just flawlessly. I can adjust the tension so it fits in just the right spot and isn't too tight or too loose on the strings, which means intonation is spot on when using it. And when I'm not using it, it slides behind the nut with only a few seconds needed to switch.
