A: They are not... and they are not "highly posable" either. But they are characters from one of my wife's favorite movies, so I purchased them.

These are so adorable and just the right amount of posable. If you or your kids are Wall-E fans, this is a must buy! I purchased this set for my 4 year old daughter, a big Wall-E fan. She loves them!! They are durable for play and super cute if you just to display them on the shelve. The packaging it came in was also awesome. I was shocked at value for the price. We are considering purchasing another set so she has one for play and one to leave on display. Highly recommend!
