Something about this works
Am not sure how exactly this helps me, but surprisingly I am sure it does when i take it. When I am on this for about a week I tend to feel less edgy and stressed. My memory feels a bit more fluid, and my mood seems to be different in some way. The mood part seemed much more balanced, a bit more optimistic and just calmer over all. Now that being said, I did notice one small negative to this at first, and that was mainly the tiny sedating effect it had on me initially, but that wore off and things got better... I would recommend this to anyone who is overly stressed, depressed, or just a bit manic and all over the place... It is not a tranquilizer sort of thing, dont get me wrong, but it definitely does have some effect in aiding memory, mood, and cognition.

I think it helps my memory!
A doctor friend recommended these a year ago and I have been taking them since. I believe they do help some with memory which is always a concern in middle and senior age.

Good Anxiolytic, Minor Side Effects
Bacopa acts as a good way to calm down an overactive mind, but it comes with the side effect of decreasing motivation. In order to counteract, this you should either take it with a stimulant (eg. coffee) or take it at night when you are going to sleep. However, if you take it at night, be prepared for some vivid dreams as it improves recall. I have not noticed improvements in long-term memories.

Great products. I have tried other brands of supplements but always come back to Swanson, they are the best.

Works for me
Recall was better, focus was better. Ordered more. As with all supplements, everybody's body reacts different. On the plus side, 3rd party testing have it an A+. That's the important part, it is what they claim it is.
