The perfect light for crafting. Provides two levels of light. 3 levels of magnification. Just small/large enough to be efficient. Highly recommend this light. It’s well made and being cordless, it easy to place around your work area. Worth the price!!!

This is a great lamp for any kind of stitching work or close up work. The light is very bright ( has 2 settings) and the magnification is great! It folds up easily and travels well. HOWEVER! This is my second one that has broken. The first stopped taking the charge and my second literally snapped the base while I was sitting there and had simply moved it on my table! Of course my return window is long gone and now I am left hanging… literally!

Bright light with good magnifier. Stores flat and works for a few hours after charging. Great for close work like sewing or beading. Actually, I have 2 of these, I like them so much.

I liked the style an portability of this lamp, but DO NOT BUY! Halo does not stand by their product and they off NO customer support. The type C charging port quit charging. When I screwed off the base I could easily see the problem, the connection piece inside the charging port was lose and would push completely out of the outside oval. There is not way to fix this with out replacing the entire chip board AND Halo only offers a charging cord (which is out of stock) and NO other parts. I wasted $110 dollars on this lamp that last only 2 years. It was just out of warranty when this happened. Save your money.

Love the portability of this lamp. I have been using this for 2 years straight and it operates as if it is still brand new. Has 3 settings and charges fast. I am able to use in the car for cross stitching. Magnifier size is plenty big. Cannot imagine stitching without this. I bought a keyboard case to keep it safe when traveling. Not very heavy but is sturdy enough not to fall over. Ready to use right out of the box.

I really do love this lamp; it fits my needs well and for 2 months worked great both on battery and plugged in. Now it is not working plugged in and will not hold a charge. I just got off the phone with customer service and 1) you can only email them about this issue-they won't help on the phone 2) you need to send proof of purchase, a photo of the sticker on the bottom and 3) a video of the issue it is having. I will do these things and hope to get a replacement but am also shopping for an alternative!

I've had one for well over a year and just ordered a second one. Others have said the base breaks, but I haven't had any issue with mine. That said, it should be treated gently when you transport it. I carry mine in an old laptop bag in the cushioned part, and I'm gentle when I set it up and take it down. The light is fantastic and the magnification is good. I use it for beading projects, and it's really helpful for dealing with threading beading needles and getting in the size 15/0 beads when it's tight. Our beading group has several! We take them to classes and meetings. Light lasts about 2 hours, but a backup battery pack with a usb port lets you have many hours of use (as well as just plugging it in, if a socket is within reach).

I love this lamp. I am a cross stitcher and use in when we travel in our RV, or when I go to retreats. It's bright, the magnifier is perfect, and it folds down so it's easy to take along. I don't know how long the battery lasts because I always plug it in, but I would recommend it to anyone that does needle work.
