Recirculating Lab Water Bath, RT-100°C, 8 L Capacity, 800W

As far as I can tell, this product works wonderfully. However, I'm not using it for it's intended purpose. I'm using it as a heated circulator for an ecoworks solution (alkaline, pH ~9.8) to dissolve support material off of 3D prints. It works wonderfully! Definitely a step up from my previous cheap sous vide rig I had set up (I also use a fume extractor and HEPA / carbon filter with it). The ABS doesn't warp and the SR-30 material dissolves in the expected time. I believe the teflon coating is resistant to the chemicals used based on material safety data sheets. I will update if I notice a difference.

Not sure where the water was coming from, but when placed in circulation mode, water poured out of bottom of bath.

I recently bought this item and made sure it works, so I will provide an update on longevity and quality at a later date. However, so far it works well, seems like a solid build, simple to use, and it took less than 20 minutes to heat water from room temperature to 60 degrees Celsius, 140 degrees Fahrenheit. I'm pleased.

Good water bath for a small lab.

I received a machine that was very obviously already opened and returned by someone else. The inside and outside has scratches and marks. The plate covering the water circulation system was bent out and the mounting for that was damaged as well. The lid didn't fit securely so after some water builds up from condensation the water leaks out the sides of the lid. For all the great reviews of this item I was very disappointed on the quality and condition. I didn't give 1 star because the item arrived promptly and the packaging was still of a good quality.

We purchased this for a small, simple lab. There is plenty of room for samples and the best feature is the circulating water that stays at the correct temperature for hours.

This is a great deal for a lab bath, but don't get it if you need very fast circulation or heat-up. It takes quite a while - upwards of an hour - to get to 80C from RT. The pump also shuts off above 85C (per manual) to protect its internal components. However, it seems well-constructed and durable, so it's a perfect fit for many applications.

Great customer service, sent a replacement after emailing their customer service. Stopped being able to turn it on.
