I actually think it’s making a great difference! I can tell a reduction in pain and a little more energy I’ve been doing some fasting and using astaxanthin as well. My nails were always Brittle w ridges my whole life, and now they r so strong and growing! I can tell my body likes it if tht makes any sense..

I recently started taking these vitamins along with fish oil and magnesium, adding to my daily intake of B12 and k2/d3. It’s too early to say if I am getting a health benefit but what I will say is that the pills are rather large but easy to swallow.For the first couple of days I did experience a slight upset stomach which improved and has not come back.I take all the pills at the same time in the AM hours and go about my normal routine. I will provide an update as the days and months go by.

My hair is growing faster.

With the excellent results I've had w Dr. Berg's supplements, I've gotten this supplement bc I'm likely to be short on some nutrients that are easy to overlook and this item is very practical bc he's thinking of basics that the layperson doesn't grasp.

Have been on the product for about 2-3 weeks now because I am concerned about symptoms consistent with enlarged prostate. Recently I had a wonderful experience which had been eluding me for years and I truly enjoyed savouring it again. Not sure if this was a placebo effect or something else that I've gotten it right hence am keeping my fingers crossed to see if the improvement can be substantiated through continued use of the product and proven to be sustainable long term without any adverse side effects.
