Using this for my MacBook Pro M1 2020. The magnets are strong and snaps immediately. The Green indicator light is a good indicator. The product is good but you cannot use both ports if your use this adapter. After using it for 4 months now, the USB-c pin seems to be a bit loose now. It is charging at times but sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't, sometimes you have to plug-out and plug-in again for the charging to start. Wish they had warranty on such items.Also Wish this was at a much more affordable price point.

I had my doubts. iSkey fits nicely to my Macbook Air 2020.Tested charging as well as data functions. It supports both.One advice to the complaints on power of magnet: just keep the wire towards the laptop so that it is not pulled away from wire-end. You might have noticed that it can be removed easily by pulling the wire-end first.

So costly, otherwise good product for m1 macbook pro.

This device is a must investment to protect expensive Apple product. I am relaxed my laptop is safe even if kids play around it while charging.

The build quality is great and works perfectly. Great substitute for the original MagSafe connector.

Update - bad fit into the usb-c port. 9 times out of 10, the connection will not be made and I have to wiggle the USB-C port adapter for it to connect. Useless. I already tried cleaning the port, but I have zero issues with the original cable.Regret buying. Total waste of money. Also product is not "iSkey" brand but "ARTER"Use it with my Samsung S10 plus. Beats slow wireless charging. The little widget is permanently attached to the USB-C port and is barely noticeable. No issues so far.

I donot recommend to buy any product from this seller because they did not send me what i ordered.

Its damaged

Got the product. Had a little problem putting it in the port (had to press it in further then I was) - after that it worked flawlessly.Con: It does block the second port on the side of my macbook pro. But I have four on the machine so I don't mind at all. However, from what I have seen many other (all?) of these products all block the second port.Pro: It works very, very well. Strong magnet. Allows for fast charging. I don't have to worry about my charging cable or port getting broken if I bang the cable, etc. with something on my desk (It would just gently detach). Easy to attach the power in the dark!!I would recommend this product..

Works very good with oculus quest. I bought a cheaper magnetic adapter but u can’t fast charge with that one (last picture). The oculus charger is 15w and it charge the quest faster than a regular charger. If u plan to use a regular charger up to 10w u can buy the cheaper one from net dot (9$ for pack of two) and it going to work but when put in the fast charger it wont. This one is designed for MacBooks but works great wit the oculus quest. Bought two one for quest and one for MacBook. The magnet is strong enough to hold in place but weak enough to disconnect if u trip on the wire or pull it strong. There is a green indicator light so u know that the connection is good. Like i said for the oculus quest is a must have specially if u use it and charge in the same time. One mistake and can brake the usb c connector on the quest and could cost u quite more to fix it or even replace it with a new one.Now for the MacBook use. First it fits a little snug in side the MacBook and its a good thing because it doesn’t come off easy so u can’t lose it while moving ur MacBook or putting in a bag or a backpack. Like I said in my review for the oculus quest the magnet has perfect strongest not too week and not too strong. The MacBook is even more expensive than the oculus quest so it's a must have also. It depends on the tip of the cable that u using if it’s wider it might block the port next to the adapter but if it’s not that wide it won’t (on the pictures u can se the adapter and the usb c cable both connected). Recommend to everyone (tested on oculus quest and MacBook pro 13 inc)

I ordered this because there is no way that I want my $2300 MacBook Pro to run into issues because of the charge cord. It pisses me off to no end why Apple thought it would be wise to eliminate the magsafe charger function for the USB-C stick in. This adapter is worth the money - good piece of mind that the charger won't snap off while inside the laptop.The piece has a bit of heft - it feels solid and not cheap. It also snaps quite nicely into the USB-C port. The magnet, while not crazy strong, is consistent with the MacBook Air magsafe chargers I had before. They don't fall off, but if you tug it or flick it with a bit of force it comes out. The green fork that comes with the adapter slips in very nicely to pry the piece out of the port, but I don't see me using it very much.The adapter fits very well with my computer, and it does not impede the monitor from closing or opening.Very happy with this purchase!

Just received today. Very fast shipping and sturdy device. Magnet is quite strong so no worries about it falling out. I gave 4 stars because it takes up some space and I'm not able to fit my other usb-c Into the port, but that could be due to the thickness of my other cable, may not be the fault of the iskey.
