Intended for my son's RC car (my hobby, his toy).10ft is the perfect amount of wire which likely hold me for a year or two of motor swaps... I didn't need or want to purchase full spools of these.Silicon (not plastic) covered fine-strand wire.12 gauge is a tad thicker than what is really needed but still easily workable and you'll have confidence that you'll get a proper connection with the thicker wire.Hint: Soldiering is always better than using connectors! Use a good, hot soldiering iron (40w minimum - I use a 100w trigger gun with led light)... Contrary to intuition you are less likely to melt wires and circuit boards with a hotter iron than a cooler one... You need to melt the soldier quickly and hot for the best connections.
