STOTT PILATES Core Stability Training Level 1 DVD
Once again, is there such a thing as a bad STOTT PILATES DVD? It is an excellent production. I took this workshop and the DVD comes in very handy to refresh my memory.

great instruction
I liked the dvd instruction, but would have preferred more barre exercises and not the need for more equipment. Stott always has great training.

Too Basic!
This is like beginner level - didn't even work up a sweat, but the time I even started to feel the exercise engaging my muscles, we had moved on to the next exercise. Not enough repetitions and the exercises are too basic.Why the instructor was not taught how to pronounce "developpe" correctly is beyond. By the point of her foot I could tell she had done ballet training, so I found it annoying that she was not pronouncing the ballet terms correctly.If you are an intermediate pilates devotee (or beyond) or have even done some basic beginner ballet - don't waste your time on this DVD

Barre/Ballet-style workout
This is an excellent Barre workout. It is challenging to your muscles but didn't make me sweat as an aerobic workout does. Heather Lawson is an excellent instructor.
