I want to replace the stock weber fitting that came with my Q series grill. Attaching the disposable cylinder is very difficult. Best connector ?

I would buy a converter hose adapter from 1lb to a 20lb tank. You want to keep the Weber fitting that goes to your stove because that has the regulator in it. The hoses comes in different lenghts.

This can be put on the large tanks to refill the small ones?

You need an atapter that has 1/4" NPT male（ASIN：B08317PWRL） like the picture show. then use the 1/4" NPT female type（ AISN B082MXK53R） to connect not the male. This can not directly put on large tank to refill the small one.

Do you make this in a left thread?

Do you make this same part that fits disposable propane tanks to 1/4npt, except with reverse thread (left hand thread) so it will fit disposable oxygen tanks to 1/4npt instead of propane to 1/4npt?

Is there a name for the stem that gets inserted into the 1lb bottle?

I’m pretty sure it’s called the stem that inserts into the 1 gal propane bottle…
