I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with these Panasonic CR2016 batteries because they’ve saved me more than once. I bought them originally for a few key fobs and small electronics around the house that had been sitting dead for months. I’d tried off-brand batteries before and always ended up disappointed—either they arrived half-drained or died within weeks. These Panasonic ones? Completely different story. Every single one I’ve used so far has worked immediately and is still going strong months later. You can tell these are high quality just by the packaging too. The child-resistant design is a smart touch, especially for parents like me who are always on alert with little ones in the house. It’s reassuring to know I can safely store them without worrying about curious hands getting into dangerous things. Most of all, I appreciate how something so small just works—no fuss, no surprises, just dependable power. Good quality battery seems to fit the need. Actually purchased the wrong size for my key FOB (needed the CR2032), and was going to return but that would have been a PITA.

I had been looking for the CR2016 batteries namely to be sold by Amazon and NOT third parties. Was glad to have found the Panasonic 10 pcs. Received them in original packaging genuine Panasonic product. I knew if I had ordered from Amazon directly they'd be the real thing. Already used 4 of them and they worked great. Way cheaper than the local stores and Amazon sells genuine button batteries. Avoid third party batteries like the plague. They are old expired counterfeit junk. Buy amazon directly.

So convenient and affordable to order a 10-pack to keep on hand - beats going to the store every time I need to replace a battery.

They fit and do there job, only time will tell if there any good, since they are just used by older model canon cameras as time and date keepers nothing else.

Good value for top branded batteries. I used them in my garage door remotes. All working great.

I learned my lesson: not all 3V batteries are created equal. I previously bought some generic CR2016s that measured 3V on my multimeter but wouldn't even light up my car key fob. After switching to these Panasonic batteries, my key worked instantly! They provide the steady power needed for the remote's pulse. Plus, the child-resistant packaging is a great safety feature, even if it requires scissors to open. Highly recommend for any automotive or precision electronics.
