I bought this Rhino Lock Secure Pro key safe to keep a backup key accessible without hiding it somewhere obvious. After using it for a while, I was happy enough with it that I bought a second one for another property. It feels very solid and heavy, which immediately gives confidence in the build quality. Once mounted, it feels secure and not at all flimsy or easy to tamper with. The weight and construction make it feel like a proper security product rather than a lightweight lock box. Setup was straightforward. Setting the combination was easy, and installation on the wall was simple enough with basic tools. The combination mechanism works smoothly, making it practical to give someone access without handing over a physical key. A feature I really like is the backup key. It’s a sensible addition and gives peace of mind in case you ever forget the code. Overall, very good value for money given how solid and well made it feels. A reliable, secure key safe that’s easy to set up and good enough that I didn’t hesitate to buy another one.

Good, robust, easy to fit key safe with waterproof outer cover. The key is great for the dark or if you can't be bothered to fiddle with the tabs. It has a very roomy interior that could hold several credit card sized items or cash and valuables etc. It could be used inside as a small safe for a rentals or students rooms etc. HOWEVER, it says if you forget the code you can reset it by looking inside at the rear of the panel and the numbers turn red. I tried this before I mounted it and found that not to be true in my case. I have got round it by writing the code on a piece of card and putting it inside the keysafe. That way, if you do forget the code or want to change it, you can as you can open it with the key and look. You need the code you entered to reset it. Also, if you don't place it too high up, you can change the code without removing it from the wall. It is a bit fiddly, but do-able. Good for the money. I would recommend.

For years I've hidden a key under a flower pot in case I lose my key whilst out dog walking etc. This seems a much easier and more secure solution. No more scrabbling around in the dark or under the snow whilst holding on to the dog. It is easy to fit if you can handle a drill and screwdriver and decent illustrated instructions are provided. It is easier to set and test your own 4 digit security code before screwing it to the wall but I think that this could be changed easily whilst in place. It looks and feels very strong and secure Even if someone broke it away from the wall they could not gain access without the code. It might indicate to passing low-life that you might have something to guard but who hasn't? It is supplied with two keys that by-pass the security code so that you can reset it, if you forget it. It could also be useful to allow access to trusted visitors who don't have your key or for emergency services if you are incapacitated, for example. The numbers are clear but I find them difficult to read at night so I fixed up an LED lamp (by Auraglow via Amazon) to a nearby post to illuminate them.

Easy to install, strong build quality, I made the right choice

Good solid looking safe, not fixed it up yet. But it looks an easy fix. Just deciding where to put it, that’s the hardest part of the fix.

Easy to fit & very sturdy

It’s a good key safe, but the fixings supplied were not up to the job, and it would be easy to prise it off the wall. I replaced the screws and plugs with heavy duty ones. See the photo.

come tutte le altre cassafortine da parete, ma non esiste il rischio che qualche ospite tocchi il meccanismo e "cambi" la combinazione (a me è successo) bloccando la cassetta chiusa, magari con le chiavi dentro.

RAS conforme et solide Parfait pour y glisser la clef d’un écolier pour éviter les oublis ou les pertes....

Ha sido una gran compra. Funciona perfectamente. Muy robusto.

Lo he comprado para unas cuadras en el campo que tiene un portón y un candado y la llave siempre estaba de un sitio a otro… esta muy bien vale la pena muy cómodo!
