Could Have Better Chosen Ingredients
Overall, I’m a fan of this multivitamin as it’s a good value for the money and judging by Consumer Lab reports, it’s been tested for purity of ingredients. However that being said, some form of the ingredients could have been chosen better like for example, the B6 could be P5P which is more bioavailable and the Oxide forms of Zinc and Magnesium are not as good as Glycinate or Bisglycinate variants. However for the price, it’s not the worst in the world and definitely better than some other leading brands on the quality and value.
