This work wonderfully. I had a radical, torn meniscus and opted out of surgery. I used this daily as it contains everything that is used for joints and the correct amount of each. I drank macha green tea, and used ice and heat, daily. It took a year, but the meniscus healed well enough that I had no limping or pain .

I have been taking this supplement for 4 months and I recommend it. The serving size is 6 pills, but I take 2-4 pills depending on my symptoms. I have a calcified facet joint in my lumbar region and a herniated disc (L4-L5). I get intense back pain and referring spasms in my legs, butt, and hips. This supplement is part of a treatment plan that consists of twice daily stretching, chiropractic adjustments, bineaural meditation, and supplementation (I also take Vitamin D and K). I notice a difference when I skip taking this and can take the full 6 pills if I am having a particularly bad flare up. The pills are large but silky and easy to swallow, which is extremely important to me because... who is great at swallowing pills? Glad Amazon is stocking this so I don't have to stop at the store anymore.

Had this on a subscription. Opened the last received bottle and they were so melted together that I could not get one out of the bottle without it possibly bursting. Very disappointed because these are not cheap.

I use to swear by this stuff. It's probably just one of many formulas with the same ingedients. I do notice it takes up to a week of tak8ng it everyday for it to build up in your system and start showing results. How do do you know its working because when you stop taking it it takes approximately half a week before you feel your bones and joints again in the same way you needed to start taking it to begin with. I have hiked the Continental Divide trail in approximately 5 months and yes this stuff is better than the cheap stuff. Do you need 6 capsules a day as suggested? I would say that's on the high side.

This is an amazing product for anyone having joint, knee issues. I used to suffer from knee pain whenever the weather would change since I had a car accident years ago. Finally decided the pain was to much and randomly bought this joint formula and it was amazing. After a week of taking these pills my pain went away I still continued to take the product for a month and stopped once was empty. The pain has not come back, I am younger 28 so perhaps just needed to lubricate my joints. However my mother turned 65 and started complaining about her knees that she was in pain. I remembered how this Joing Formula helped me and bought a bottle for her and she saw a difference after 2 weeks. She was able to walk with slight to minimal pain in joints. However she continues to take this formula since she needs it. The only downside is that these pills are BIG and highly recommend taking them with water.

Bought these for partner who’s an avid soccer player. He’s been playing every weekend and needed a little extra support for recovery and joints. Said that he truly did see a difference in how he felt after taking these for a few weeks. They are a bit large so might be an issue if you’re not a fan of pills. But definitely work! Highly recommend!
