A: The relaxer is in a jar by itself, you will need to purchase the neutralizing shampoo separately. It is a very good product , I have fine hair that cannot take anything else but a mild relaxer. I purchased the neutralizing shampoo separately and I love it.

This is my mom's statement because I ordered it for her:"I purchased the wrong product because this was too strong. So, I returned this product and purchased the "mild" relaxer with the entire kit. I contacted the seller, the seller refunded my son's account and sent me the kit I really wanted. I love this product because my hair is very fine and delicate and after use not one strand fell out. I'm going to have my son order another kit for me."
