The cutouts are pretty tight and not soft enough to allow for much in the line of extra's on the drone, so I do have to take off the lift kit and even the prop binders are tight to wiggle into the case to keep the props together. It holds everything that you need to take out and go flying. You can even leave the control sticks connected to the controller without having to disconnect them. The only thing i'd suggest is pulling out the foam insert and gluing it down to the bottom as it can come out if you open it upside down. Also - when you put in the batteries and Power plug first time, the fit is very tight.
