Review: Great Playset! - After much hesitation and thorough searching for the right playset, I purchased this set for my grandchildren for Christmas--and we just got it set up--had to wait for the snow to melt. In other postings, customers complained that it could not be set up in 1 day. I would have to agree with that. My husband and son took 2 days to get this finished--and they are both very mechanical. However, they were working in very cold conditions. Maybe in a warmer climate it could have taken less time. I have also seen that others have had problems with missing parts or bad wood. My crew reported back that they had EVERYTHING they needed, and were very happy with the quality of all aspects of the product. The wood was very good quality. As for my grandchildren's views, they are ecstatic. My 3-year-old granddaughter gets up early, gets dressed, and is out playing in her "park" before breakfast! Thanks for a great product, and I appreciated the free shipping! I would not hesitate to do this again.

We had it for 3 months and slide is broken and wood is cracked everywhere. Plastic changed color around screws as well. Not worth the money, would do 0 stars if I could!

**Q: Did the packages all arrive at once? I only recieved the slide and it says on amazon that it was delivered.**
A: Exact same boat.  Ordered 12/1/20 re eived 1 of 3 and Amazonarked it as delivered.  No answer ever from the seller.  Back and forth for a refund because Amazon says irs a 3rd party seller.  What a disgrace.  I sent the 1 box back and I'm glad.  Thr quality of that product is terrible.

**Q: I’ve been waiting for three months to receive box 4 but never came. What’s in box 4?**
A: I believe "box 4" is the slide, I waited forever for all of mine to come in and the seller is useless on answering questions about it, but I eventually did receive all of the boxes, 2 big long boxes, 1 smaller box (about half the size of the longer 2) and a slide (not in a box, just wrapped in plastic with a shipping label stuck on it), and they all came in separate deliveries unfortunately. And don't believe the "10 hour build time for 2 people", it took my husband and I 4 days to build this set, and the building instructions are a bit backwards. We also had to buy longer bolts for the glider brackets because the bolts that were sent for it were an inch too short.

A: How many boxes were there ? The description shows that there’s 3 boxes and then the 4th one is the slide ? Also what company was it ? I’m trying to get a hold of someone cause I only got box 1/3 and 2/3

A: Not sure. Manufacture has e website. Buy this item directly from Walmart. It is a Walmart exclusive item. I returned the one I purchased. Two months and never received all of the item. It was an Amazon third party. It was a horrible experience.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for small children.

I looked at a play set at Sam's just like this set, but it was slightly larger on scale. The price difference Sam's was $600.00 more! My grandchildren are 3 & 5, and I didn't feel it would make that much of a difference for them and it doesn't. Make sure to anchor it down really well because they can swing pretty high otherwise it is a very good play set and sturdy. The grand kids love it and my son with some patients was able to assemble it himself. This play set is good for children up to about 10yrs. I would guess. Also, I ordered it from Amazon, but according to the packing slip it came from Wal-Mart.
