Like other reviews I purchased this to use for D&D as my group is facing a gargantuan Rok bird. As others have said also the size for this fits a gargantuan creature and the details are pretty good. The paint job it comes with is suitable although it is easily repaintable if you want something else. The only thing I didn't like was the packaging that they sent it in. It arrives in a plastic bag and gets all banged around with whatever you order. When I got it one of the wings had popped off but luckily I was able to put it back on. Also that is something else you don't realize from this listing is that the wings are completely adjustable! It's a nice feature that can give it different looks. Luckily it's very flexible plastic so it getting jostled around it's not so likely to break. Overall you can buy this as a toy or you can buy it for D&D and it will work well for larger size Bird monsters. This model is definitely way cheaper and easier to deal with than some of the printed minis for D&D of the same creature!

It makes a wonderful D&D 'big boss'. To call it a miniature is a bit misleading as it is (compared to a 32mm barbarian) GIGANTIC! Hit it with a repaint and it almost killed the whole party!

Great gift for kids ages 5-7. My son loved playing with it in the shower. Rough edges. Careful not to step on it. Very durable.
