Good upgrade for low cost.
This is a great little PC.The price is low compared to building a new machine.PC.Shipping was fast and the computer was packaged very well.Set up was easy and this PC runs great and is fast for what it is .Windows 11 computer and i love it and would buy again.My order also included a new mouse and key board.

Tekzilla the seller has not provided needed support
Just over 1 year after purchase, the computer completed an automatic bio update which I had not control over as there were settings in the bios from the supplier that facilitated this. Upon successful update the computer restarted and will not boot up. I contacted Tekzilla support via two voice messages and two emails and no reply. While trying to get system running, the settings show a 128 GB drive not the 256 drive that was supposed to be included. UPDATE; Even though in the bios it shows a 128 "lite on" drive, i took the cover off and it actually has a KingFast 256 drive...I clearly don't understand this configuration in the bios. UDATE 2- The Lite On drive is an installed SSD.. which is a very small memory card type storage device...did not know it was included?? I just wish they tech support would help me. Thanks..

The only issue that I had was it had a program installed that popped up so I reinstalled Windows. Im not a daily user but Windows 11 is crap.

Ordered and Promptly Delivered
This order went swiftly and without any hassles. I ordered this refurbished system to do some office work. I didnt expect much due to the low price but I was pleasantly surpriced by how smooth things went. The system came with the mini chassis, a mouse, and a keyboard. I didnt expect the later two but found them in the amazon boxes. Everything was well packed. I connected everything and started her up. I then went through the windows 10 setup, there was no old documents so it was like having a fresh system. Am an old tech guy so I left the system on for 24 hr burn in. I know am probably the only one that still does burn ins. I honestly would not hesitate to order from this vendor again.
