**Q: I'm celiac.  Is this product free of gluten?**
A: It doesn't say gluten free. But it makes great tomyumsoup!

**Q: Is this the same as Prik pao paste?**
A: No it’s not

**Q: Is it spicy hot?**
A: Yes it is quite spicy. I find that 1 tablespoon of the paste to 2 cups (16 oz.) of chicken or fish broth makes a medium spicy Thai soup.

**Q: What do you have to add to this to make Tom yum soup?**
A: To make the base stock just add either chicken stock or veggie stock to the paste. Once boiling add noodles and shrimps/prawns or chicken and chopped veggies ( Bol choy)
