There is a lot of labels and info on the map, which can obfuscate some smaller countries, or at minimum, hide parts of these countries I bought it to plot a ships course from an old 1800s ship’s log as a research aid, and I’m having difficulty accurately doing so. But this is less a fault of the map, and more the scale. There is only so much you can have in an A3 sized map of the world. It’s on a wall adjoining the window so gets the sun and dries up the Blue Tak…. To be replaced avert 11-18 months. Good map tho. **Q: I really like this map, it is stunning and so detailed. But where does one find a frame to fit the largest size map?? any advice please?** A: Ask a picture frame maker to make one or make one yourself. Mine is on an artexed painted wall using 3M picture frame stickers which are quality.
